**Job Title** Global Sales Enablement Manager **Role Summary** Design, localize, and execute sales enablement programs for the EMEA/DACH region, aligning with global strategies to accelerate sales performance, pipeline generation, and win rates for a rapid‑growth B2B SaaS cybersecurity company. **Expectations** Deliver measurable improvements in ramp time, win rates, and revenue impact through tailored onboarding, continuous learning, and competency development. Act as the bridge between global enablement and regional GTM teams, ensuring consistent methodology, tools, and messaging across markets. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with VP, EMEA & DACH Sales and regional GTM leadership to translate global enablement strategy into region‑specific action plans. - Own the regional onboarding cycle for new sellers and SEs, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and local market dynamics. - Develop and deliver training on discovery, messaging, competitive positioning, and value‑based selling, tailored to EMEA/DACH challenges. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Marketing, Product, and Enablement Ops to localize messaging, create sales narratives, and roll out new tools and processes. - Support global product launches by localizing use cases, training, and enablement content. - Participate in competitive enablement, refining differentiation stories using insights from regional deal cycles. - Build scalable frameworks for onboarding, methodology, and competency development; deliver certification programs (e.g., pitch, discovery, objection handling). - Use data and feedback loops to measure program impact, identify capability gaps, and drive continuous improvement. - Foster a performance‑driven, learning‑oriented culture that supports the region’s rapid growth. **Required Skills** - 7+ years in Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, or Sales Leadership within B2B SaaS, with mandatory cybersecurity experience. - Deep knowledge of modern selling methodologies (MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Value Selling) and coaching best practices. - Proven ability to design, scale, and quantitatively measure enablement programs that drive pipeline, win rates, and ramp. - Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management across all levels. - Data‑driven mindset with strong business acumen for prioritization and decision making. - Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, and enablement platforms (e.g., Go‑to‑Market Buddy). - Fluency in English; German or another major EMEA language strongly preferred. - Ability to operate autonomously in a distributed, matrixed organization while aligning multiple stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certifications in sales enablement or related disciplines (e.g., Certified Sales Enablement Professional, MEDDICC Certified) are highly desirable.
