Bench IT require an experienced Network Consultant to join a project starting ASAP. The Cisco Networking Consultant to provide advanced post-sales design and engineering expertise for Cisco's Data Center platform, with a primary focus on Nexus 9000 deployments managed by Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller. Qualifications and Skills:

Cisco CCNP Data Centre Certified or preferably Cisco CCIE Data Centre.
Experience with Cisco Nexus 9000 series switching
Design and implement network architectures, including EVPN, VXLAN, IP Routing, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, eBGP, Multicast, QoS, and leaf-spine topology for deployments.
Build configurations and network provisioning automation using Python and tools like Chef or Ansible.
Hands-on experience with PyATS or equivalent.
Hands-on experience working with NX-OS API/NX-API
Solid understanding of macro- and micro-segmentation techniques.
Familiarity with hypervisor virtualisation technologies (eg, VMware vSphere, RedHat OpenShift/OpenStack).
Expertise in using industry-standard Command Line Interface (CLI).
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced network issues, including configuration errors, routing problems, performance concerns, software bugs, and hardware failures.

Bench IT require an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst/IT Support Engineer to join a large organisation starting ASAP working predominantly remotely with occasion on site works in Bristol. Please note the client are looking for the successful candidate to be based in Bristol in order to easily access site as required as this can sometimes be short notice.
This position will be ad-hoc working with the possibility to transform into a longer piece of work.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
Provide first-line support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and ticketing system, ensuring a customer-first approach.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating unresolved cases to appropriate technical teams.
Manage service requests such as hardware orders, account management, and access permissions in accordance with SLAs.
Maintain high levels of user satisfaction by offering clear guidance and follow-up until issues are fully resolved.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and contribute to the knowledge base and support documentation.
Ensure compliance with security standards and assist in the enforcement of IT policies.
