**Job Title**
Senior Frontend Developer – Angular Tech Lead
**Role Summary**
Lead technical direction for a large‑scale front‑end team, ensuring high‑quality Angular web applications. Serve as both a senior developer and a mentor, driving best practices, performance, and security while aligning closely with product, backend, QA, and UX/UI stakeholders.
**Expectations**
- Demonstrated seniority in front‑end development, particularly with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Lead Front‑End role, guiding and uplifting team performance.
- Strong communication in French and English, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to work within structured, enterprise‑grade environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical leadership on the Angular front‑end portfolio.
- Drive architectural decisions and technology choices.
- Mentor, coach, and upskill developers in coding standards, architecture, and best practices.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, performance tuning, and security hardening.
- Champion coding standards, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, QA, and UX/UI designers.
- Act as the technical point of reference and facilitator within the team.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 6 years of front‑end development experience; 3+ years with Angular (recent versions).
- Expertise in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front‑end architecture patterns.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and security best practices.
- Leadership, responsibility, teamwork, critical thinking, and initiative.
- Excellent written and oral communication in French and English.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field is preferred.
