Job Description
**Job Title** Customer Success Manager **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end electronic election projects for corporate clients, ensuring legal compliance, stakeholder alignment, and successful completion of elections (AG, CSE, CA, etc.). Act as the primary partner of HR, social relations, and legal teams, guiding clients through planning, platform configuration, and vote execution while maintaining high service quality and client satisfaction. **Expectations** - Manage multiple concurrent election projects with high stakes. - Build trust with HR, legal, unions, and third‑party vendors. - Communicate complex technical and regulatory information clearly. - Demonstrate proactiveness, pedagogical ability, and teamwork. - Embrace digital transformation of corporate voting processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Define legal and regulatory scope of each election, ensuring compliance with national laws and CNIL recommendations. - Plan, coordinate, and schedule all stakeholders (HR, social relations, unions, contractors). - Configure and test voting platforms, supervise deployment, and manage live ballot phases. - Develop, adapt, and distribute informational materials for voters and project teams. - Monitor election progress, address risks, and close ballots with accurate reporting. **Required Skills** - Strong knowledge of election law, data protection (GDPR/CNIL), and regulatory requirements. - Project management experience, preferably in regulated or e‑voting environments. - Excellent stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building skills. - Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify technical content. - Collaborative mindset and ability to work across functional teams. - Proactive problem‑solving and adaptability to changing priorities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Law, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. - Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) highly desirable. - Experience or certification in electronic voting or similar regulated technologies is a plus.
