**Job title:** Marketing Cloud Developer **Role Summary:** Deliver end‑to‑end Marketing Cloud solutions within Salesforce, including administration, development, integration with MuleSoft and other applications, and ongoing support. Lead CI/CD processes, manage user profiles and licences, drive upgrades, and ensure a customer‑centric experience across business and project teams. **Expectations:** - Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Marketing Cloud Administrator and 2 years as a Marketing Cloud Developer, each with the corresponding certification. - Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills; act as the primary liaison between business, project, and technical teams. - Execute service transition from programmes to business‑as‑usual. - Provide first‑line support and coordinate with third‑party vendors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer and develop Marketing Cloud; configure automation, data extensions, and SQL queries. - Integrate Marketing Cloud with MuleSoft and other Salesforce or non‑Salesforce systems. - Maintain Financial Force administration and licence management. - Manage user profiles, licence allocations, and first‑line support tickets. - Oversee GitHub/Gitlab‑based CI/CD pipelines, ensuring timely and budget‑aligned deployments. - Coordinate upgrades, document release notes, and educate the business on new features. - Manage configuration and use of Jira for change requests and prioritisation. - Mentor junior team members and support their development. - Govern application administration, create change management frameworks, and drive governance compliance. **Required Skills:** - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration and Development expertise. - MuleSoft integration experience. - GitHub/Gitlab CI/CD pipeline management. - Salesforce licence management and user profile configuration. - Ability to support and coordinate configuration changes with Salesforce Admin. - Jira configuration and usage. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Attention to detail and organisational skill. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification. - (Optional but advantageous) Salesforce Platform Administrator or CRM Administrator certification.

Close assigned renewal, meter upgrade, cash collection, and payment plan opportunities within KPI thresholds. **Required Skills** - Proven customer service experience (multichannel). - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proactive, self‑motivation, and target‑oriented mindset. - Analytical, detail‑oriented, risk identification. - Effective decision‑making and problem‑solving. - Ability to manage changing workloads and prioritize tasks. - Team player with strong cross‑functional collaboration. - Competent in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Experience handling escalations and complaints. - Energy‑sector experience desirable but not mandatory. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum: GCSE English and Maths or equivalent. - UK Higher Education qualification or vocational qualification preferred. - No mandatory industry certifications required.
