**Job Title** Solutions Consultant **Role Summary** The Solutions Consultant partners with clients to onboard and integrate their systems with BVNK’s payment API platform, ensuring technical alignment, best‑practice implementation, and continuous value delivery. The role blends technical guidance, customer engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive successful adoption and post‑launch success. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality integration support, reducing time to value for clients. - Maintain ongoing client relationships, proactively addressing technical needs and opportunities for expansion. - Act as a technical liaison between customers, product, and engineering teams, shaping product roadmap through real‑world feedback. **Key Responsibilities** - Guide clients through API integration, from architecture design to production rollout. - Identify and recommend best‑practice solutions for complex use cases, selecting appropriate tools and patterns. - Conduct regular status calls, provide troubleshooting, and resolve integration issues promptly. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, CS, Sales) to share insights, improve UX, and prioritize feature enhancements. - Participate in pre‑sales technical engagements, addressing customer concerns and demonstrating platform capabilities. - Build long‑term relationships with key clients, ensuring their evolving technical requirements are supported. **Required Skills** - 2–5 years experience in sales onboarding, customer success, solution engineering, technical support, or developer relations. - Deep knowledge of RESTful API architecture, authentication, error handling, and documentation practices. - Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple complex integrations simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Proactive mindset to anticipate client needs, propose proactive solutions, and improve overall user experience. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. - Certifications in REST API development, technical support, or cloud platforms are a plus but not mandatory.
