**Job Title**: Data Scientist – Generative AI & Agentic Systems
**Role Summary**
Design, prototype, and industrialize conversational and autonomous AI solutions using large language models (LLMs) and multi‑agent systems for industrial applications. Lead end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines, fine‑tune open‑source models, engineer knowledge management systems, and ensure technical excellence, compliance with data sovereignty, and ethical AI practices.
**Expectations**
Deliver high‑value, production‑ready AI products that meet industrial performance, security, and regulatory standards. Communicate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders and support knowledge transfer to business teams. Maintain rigorous documentation, model versioning, and governance throughout the AI lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify high‑potential business use cases for Generative AI/Agentic AI.
- Design and prototype LLM‑based solutions, including prompt engineering and RAG systems.
- Build and deploy ML pipelines: data prep, fine‑tuning, inference, monitoring, and safety guardrails.
- Create autonomous IA agents and orchestrate multi‑agent workflows for complex business processes.
- Optimize GPU/TPU usage and evaluate models on criteria such as sovereignty, cost, latency, and explainability.
- Manage model registry, versioning, and deployment pipelines.
- Develop enterprise knowledge‑management and semantic search architectures.
- Produce technical documentation, demos, and training materials for stakeholders.
**Required Skills**
- Expertise in large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, BERT) and LLM‑centric frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, Pulso, Bedrock).
- Proficiency in prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, and RAG architecture.
- Experience designing and deploying multi‑agent systems and orchestrating workflows.
- Strong knowledge of ML pipeline tooling (Airflow, MLflow, Kubeflow), containerization, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with GPU/TPU orchestration, model optimization, and inference efficiency.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and AI ethics in regulated industrial contexts.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and business stakeholder engagement.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Generative AI, LLM deployment, or ML engineering.
- Certifications in machine‑learning platforms or cloud AI services (optional but advantageous).
