**Job Title**: Property Manager **Role Summary**: Coordinate and manage institutional tertiary and technical property portfolios, serving as the primary point of contact between landlords and tenants to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency. **Expectations**: - Develop strong client relationships focused on tenant satisfaction. - Demonstrate reactivity in responding to tenant requests. - Maintain administrative, legal, and financial property management processes. - Align with landlord strategic decisions and manage contractual obligations. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage lease renewals, triennial audits, and financial settlements of rental charges. - Oversee administrative tasks including tenant account tracking, invoice validation, and contract monitoring. - Prepare building operational budgets and represent the landlord in general assemblies. - Coordinate property visits and meetings with tenants. - Support strategic client decisions, including data room preparation and arbitration follow-up. - Collaborate with legal teams to resolve disputes. **Required Skills**: - Strong verbal and written communication. - Organizational and multitasking capabilities. - Legal and financial property management knowledge. - French fluency (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or related field. - Property Manager certification preferred.
