**Job Title:** Senior Relationship Manager – Digital Practice
**Role Summary:** Drive business growth and client success in the Media & Entertainment sector by developing strategic account plans, managing large IT services portfolios, and guiding cross‑functional delivery to achieve measurable business outcomes.
**Expectations:** * 10–15 years in IT services or enterprise account management, with 5+ years in Media & Entertainment accounts; manage portfolios of $10–15M annual revenue; deliver full‑cycle enterprise sales, negotiations, and account expansion; serve as trusted advisor and thought leader.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and execute account strategies aligned with client business, financial, and technology goals.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior leaders of major media organizations.
- Lead complex enterprise sales pursuits: pipeline development, solution design, proposal management, negotiations, and contract closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Service Delivery, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Executive Leadership) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate multi‑service contracts, structure deals, and drive expansion across geographies and delivery models.
- Represent the organization at industry events, showcasing domain expertise and thought leadership.
**Required Skills**
- Deep knowledge of Managed IT Services, Cloud, AI/Automation, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Digital Engineering.
- Proven track record of winning and managing large IT services deals with entities such as Netflix, Disney, Fox, Warner Bros, or NBC Universal.
- Strong strategic planning, pipeline management, and end‑to‑end sales execution.
- Executive‑level communication, presentation, and C‑suite engagement.
- Ability to act as a player‑coach, mentoring junior account managers and fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications in Sales Leadership, ITIL, or related domains are a plus.
