Senior Manager, Influencer & Advocacy (Prestige)
**Role Summary**
Lead U.S. influencer and advocacy strategy for Carolina Herrera, Rihanna, and Jean Paul Gaultier brands. Build cultural relevance, drive multi‑tier partnerships, and align global brand goals with local market execution.
**Expectations**
- Deliver ROI‑focused influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Translate global guidelines into locally resonant tactics while maintaining brand integrity.
- Manage budget, vendor relationships, and talent contracts, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget launches.
- Mentor two direct reports, fostering a collaborative high‑performance team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute tiered talent strategies (micro, mid‑tier, macro, celebrity).
- Partner with media, PR, and global brand teams on paid‑owned‑earned plans.
- Lead end‑to‑end influencer campaigns: recruitment, contracting, execution, and post‑campaign analysis.
- Set KPIs, track performance using tools (Radarly, Lefty), and report results to global stakeholders.
- Coordinate brand events, production, and content contracts aligned with global initiatives.
- Manage influencer budget, vendor relationships, and operational plans.
- Provide market feedback to global HQ to inform global program adjustments.
- Foster talent development and performance improvement within the team.
**Required Skills**
- 7+ years influencer/communications experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury.
- Proven success executing multi‑tier campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Deep understanding of content creation best practices, platform nuances, and rights management.
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in performance tools (Radarly, Lefty).
- Budget management, vendor negotiation, and full‑cycle project delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management, cross‑functional collaboration, and leadership.
- Creative, culturally attuned storytelling and strategic thinking.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., digital marketing, social media management) not mandatory.
