AI Agent Software Engineer (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and industrialize autonomous, large‑scale AI agents. Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle from proof‑of‑concept to production, integrating multi‑cloud infrastructure, orchestration frameworks, and business connectors.
**Expectations**

- Maintain high code quality, documentation, and technical governance.

- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, DevOps, and business teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and deploy autonomous AI agents using LangChain, Crew.ai, or equivalent frameworks.
- Develop connectors to enterprise tools (Jira, Confluence, SAP, Oracle, Office365).
- Design modern web interfaces (React, Vue.js, Next.js).
- Industrialize multicloud infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize performance and orchestrate multi‑model AI workloads across GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Mistral.
- Produce technical documentation and facilitate maintenance activities.
- Participate in R&D initiatives to explore emerging agentic technologies.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced programming in Python (production level) and JavaScript/TypeScript (modern web).
- Deep familiarity with LangChain and agent architecture concepts.
- Proficient in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and Unix/MacOS environments.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of scalable front‑end frameworks (React, Vue.js, Next.js).
- Ability to design resilient, scalable production systems.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and eager for continuous tech learning.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure) and/or DevOps practices preferred.
