**Job Title** Smart Office Project Manager (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for corporate audiovisual and smart office solutions. Define requirements, plan resources, manage budgets, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and oversee technical build, QA, and deployment, ensuring projects meet stakeholder expectations and schedule. **Expectations** - Direct report to Smart Office Project Lead. - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. - Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to executives and clients. - Possess professional English communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Project Definition** – Capture client needs, draft clear specifications, establish deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. 2. **Planning & Scheduling** – Develop Gantt or Agile plans, set milestones, define KPIs, and maintain dashboards. 3. **Stakeholder Alignment** – Validate project charters with client management and internal stakeholders; conduct steering‑committee meetings. 4. **Team Coordination** – Serve as liaison between technical, procurement, and installation teams; allocate tasks and resolve bottlenecks. 5. **Risk & Issue Management** – Identify cost/ schedule risks, propose mitigation, and adapt resources as needed. 6. **Budget Oversight** – Monitor expenditures, negotiate vendor contracts, and report financial status. 7. **Build & QA Supervision** – Oversee infrastructure setup, coordinate testing, resolve defects, and conduct acceptance. 8. **Deployment & Training** – Plan rollout, manage hand‑over, and deliver user training. 9. **Post‑Implementation Review** – Capture lessons learned, gather improvement ideas, and support continuous improvement. 10. **Optional RSE Participation** – Contribute to sustainability and social initiatives on a voluntary basis. **Required Skills** - Project Management (methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, V‑Model) - Requirement Analysis & Specification Writing - Scheduling, Budgeting, and KPI Dashboard creation - Risk & Issue Resolution - Strong written and verbal communication - Cross‑functional team leadership - Technical knowledge in audiovisual environments: - Collaboration tools (voip, video, IM, voicemail, content sharing) - IP video solutions (streaming, AV‑IP, AV‑V recommendations) - Video‑projection, LED walls, audio consoles - Lighting, stage automation (CRESTRON, EXTRON) - Home/office automation/delivery - Professional English proficiency **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Bac+2 (Associate) to Bac+5 (Bachelor to Master) in IT, Electronics, Audiovisual Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience as Project Manager with integrators, AV‑services firms, or similar environments. - Preferred project‑management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
