Job Title: Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect Role Summary: Design, implement, and govern enterprise‑wide Oracle Fusion financial solutions (GL, AP, AR, FA, Project Management, EPM). Drive digital finance transformation, create strategic roadmaps, and deliver measurable ROI for large, complex organizations. Expectations: * Lead architecture from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring compliance and best‑practice standards. * Influence senior leadership on technology strategy, automation, and data analytics. * Build robust business cases and ROI models that justify investments. Key Responsibilities: * Act as Oracle Fusion SME for core finance, projects, and shared services. * Translate business requirements into scalable, cloud‑ready Fusion designs. * Develop and maintain financial architectures across GL, AP, AR, FA, PPM, and EPM. * Define technology roadmaps, integrating automation, analytics, and cloud innovation. * Oversee solution lifecycle: configuration, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance, governance, and data protection across all solutions. * Coordinate integration with internal systems and third‑party vendors. Required Skills: * Minimum 8 years of experience designing and delivering Oracle Fusion financial solutions in large organizations. * Proven consulting, architecture, and digital transformation track record. * Strong stakeholder management and influence skills. * Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, PPM, EPM). * Ability to develop business cases, identify value, and deliver quantifiable ROI. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science, or related field. * Oracle Cloud certification (or equivalent) is an advantage.
