Job Description
**Job Title** Recruitment Consultant Intern (Executive Search) **Role Summary** Support the Talent Search & Development team in end‑to‑end recruitment for executive and senior roles. Work alongside senior consultants to interpret client briefs, develop search strategies, source and pre‑qualify candidates, facilitate interviews, provide progress updates, and manage the assignment lifecycle until placement. Engage in multiple concurrent projects across diverse sectors and contribute to innovative initiatives within the firm. **Expectations** - Minimum internship duration of 6 months, full‑time commitment. - Strong initiative, teamwork, perseverance, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment. - Willingness to learn and apply new skills and technologies related to recruitment and talent development. - Availability to coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders in English or another second language. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Partner with senior consultants to gather and analyze client requirements. 2. Conduct market, competitor, and target company research to build search frameworks. 3. Identify, screen, and interview potential candidates via phone or virtual meetings. 4. Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to senior consultants and clients. 5. Participate in client‑facing interviews, draft progress reports, and maintain clear communication. 6. Track and update assignment status, ensuring timely delivery of placements. 7. Manage multiple job mandates simultaneously across varying industries. 8. Contribute to the design and execution of innovative projects within the firm’s ecosystem. 9. Maintain accurate candidate and client data in accordance with data protection standards. **Required Skills** - Analytical and research capabilities for market and competitor analysis. - Strong written and verbal communication in French; English proficiency required; additional language skills a plus. - Ability to conduct structured phone screening and interview candidates. - Excellent organisational, time‑management, and multitasking skills. - Team‑player mindset with the initiative to drive projects forward. - Detail orientation and integrity in confidential information handling. - Basic proficiency in recruitment databases, Microsoft Office, and collaborative tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current student or recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline. - Minimum of 3‑4 years of university study (or equivalent professional experience) in HR, recruiting, or talent management. - Familiarity with executive search processes or HR consulting principles is highly desirable.
