Job Description
**Job Title:** Event Commercial Attaché (H/F/NB) **Role Summary:** Drive the commercial success of a full‑service event venue within a premium hotel. Handle incoming space‑booking inquiries, convert them into signed contracts, and proactively expand the client portfolio. Represent the hotel at trade shows and external meetings, maintain seamless client experience, and collaborate cross‑functionally in a highly digitalized hospitality environment. **Expectations:** * Deliver on revenue targets and occupancy goals for event spaces. * Consistently convert inquiries into contracts. * Expand the client base through targeted prospecting and partnership development. * Maintain high client satisfaction and repeat business. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Respond promptly to space‑booking inquiries and provide tailored solutions. 2. Guide prospects to appropriate packages, highlighting location, services, and cutting‑edge technology. 3. Prospect new clients (corporate, agencies, associations) and grow the event‑space portfolio. 4. Build and nurture strategic partnerships to increase visibility and sales pipelines. 5. Represent the hotel at trade shows, professional events, and on‑site meetings. 6. Manage booking dossiers, ensure seamless execution, and capture client feedback. 7. Foster client loyalty through excellent service and follow‑up. **Required Skills:** * Exceptional communication in French and English. * Proven commercial acumen – drive results and exceed sales objectives. * Strong negotiation and presentation skills. * Relationship‑building capability across diverse stakeholders. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross‑functional team. * Proficiency with event‑management and CRM software. * Creative problem‑solving and proactive mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of successful experience in event commercial roles or hospitality sales. * Knowledge of digital hospitality platforms (e.g., CRM, event‑management tools) is an advantage.
