Job Description
**Job Title** Procurement Analyst / Buyer (6‑month FTC) **Role Summary** Execute and manage end‑to‑end supplier set‑up, due diligence, and contract compliance for non‑trade contracts. Provide reporting and governance support, including RFI/RFP processes, supplier finance tracking, and spend analysis, using Power BI and Power Automate. **Expectations** - Operate within a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. - Maintain accurate and compliant records in the central contract library. - Deliver timely tender and due diligence reports. - Drive process improvements and automation in procurement workflows. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Initiate & complete supplier set‑up: NDAs, financial checks, security & privacy coordination. 2. Maintain due diligence tracker and log active requests. 3. Collaborate with Legal to update and ensure compliant contract templates. 4. Support RFI/RFP tender cycles: drafting, issuing, collating responses. 5. Generate contract expiry reports, supplier finance change logs, Experian reports, and spend analysis. 6. Use Power BI for data reporting and insights. 7. Identify and implement procurement workflow enhancements and reporting tool improvements. **Required Skills** - Strong organisational and communication abilities with high accuracy. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience or rapid learning capability with Power BI and Power Automate. - Prior procurement administration or supply‑chain support experience (preferred). - Attention to detail and independent decision‑making. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum secondary education (GED or equivalent). - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. - Professional procurement certifications (e.g., CP, CCPS) are a plus but not mandatory.
