**Job Title** Python Developer (H/F) **Role Summary** Develop and maintain Python-based applications that meet business requirements. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture needs, draft specifications, design solutions, code, test, and deploy features to production. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for developed applications. **Expectations** - Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Team player with proactive communication. - Commitment to quality, deadlines, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** - Collect functional and technical requirements from business units. - Write clear functional and technical specifications. - Design, develop, and unit‑test new features in Python. - Perform integration and system testing; certify readiness for production. - Deploy code to production environments and monitor performance. - Deliver post‑implementation support and resolve incidents. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and knowledge transfer. **Required Skills** - Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) and SQL. - Experience with relational database design and query optimization. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and Agile practices. - Ability to document requirements and write maintainable code. - Solid understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher (Bac+5), preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. - No mandatory certifications required, but relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Python Institute) are a plus.
