Job Description
**Job title:** Solution Engineer / Customer Success – Care **Role Summary:** Support growth of the ESG Connect platform by ensuring clients fully adopt and optimize its use. Act as a technical and strategic partner, delivering high‑quality ESG reporting, resolving issues, and gathering feedback to drive product improvements. **Expactations:** - 3+ years in a Customer Success/Support or similar role within financial services or ESG solutions. - Bachelor’s or Master’s (Bac+5) in engineering, finance, data science or equivalent. - Proficiency in Python and Excel; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Fluency in English and French (written & spoken). - Excellent communication, project management, and proactive stakeholder management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure and optimize the ESG Connect platform to meet evolving client requirements. - Provide timely, high‑quality ESG report production and technical support. - Maintain delivery quality standards and adhere to agreed timelines. - Identify and facilitate cross‑sell/upsell opportunities. - Serve as the client interface, coordinating with internal teams for rapid issue resolution. - Collect, analyze, and relay client feedback to product and development teams. - Support ESG strategy optimization through technical expertise and data insights. **Required Skills:** - Technical configuration and troubleshooting of SaaS ESG solutions. - Python scripting for data manipulation and automation. - Advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas). - Strong analytical and data‑analysis capabilities. - Project management with rigorous scheduling and quality control. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French. - Client‑focused relationship building and advisory mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Graduate (Bac+5) from an engineering school or equivalent in finance, data science, or related fields. - No mandatory certifications required, but knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, UN SDGs) and financial markets is preferred.
