**Role Summary**
Senior Product Manager leading end‑to‑end product strategy, discovery, and delivery for SaaS platforms and client‑facing digital experiences. Owns product vision, roadmaps, and ROI, collaborating with UX, design, engineering, and client stakeholders to deliver high‑value solutions on a short‑term contract basis.

- Maintain strong alignment with executive stakeholders and clients, ensuring timely release of product enhancements.
- Drive data‑driven decision making, continuously optimizing product performance and ROI.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead product discovery workshops with clients to validate problems and define requirements.
- Build and champion product strategy, vision, and roadmaps; secure executive buy‑in.
- Translate research, user feedback, and business goals into comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
- Prioritize and schedule releases, balancing impact, feasibility, and resource constraints.
- Define key performance metrics, implement analytics, and report on product usage and outcomes.
- Oversee defect resolution, quality assurance, and readiness for launch.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for product expansion or enhancement based on data insights.
- Act as a consultative partner to align customer needs with business objectives and navigate constraints.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience as a Principal or Group Product Manager in the SaaS platform domain.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a track record of turning vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear PRDs and stakeholder communications.
- Proficiency in user research, data analysis, and KPI definition; familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross‑functional teams (UX, design, engineering).
- Comfortable collaborating with senior leadership and client stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Advanced product management certification preferred (e.g., CSMP, CGP).
