Job Title: Accessories & Fragrance Category Manager Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of the Accessories & Fragrances business strategy for the UK & Ireland, aligning local plans with global and regional objectives while driving sales performance, product launches, and trade marketing effectiveness. Required Skills: - Strategic planning and execution in category management or brand strategy. - Strong trade marketing experience, preferably in fragrances or luxury accessories. - Excellent analytical and financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, sales analysis). - Superior communication skills in English (written and verbal); cross‑cultural adaptability. - Project management experience with ability to launch initiatives from concept through delivery. - Proficiency in stakeholder management and relationship building across multiple functions. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Category Management, Project Management) are an advantage.
