**Job Title:** Senior ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM Consultant
**Role Summary:**
Hands‑on senior consultant responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow Core CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) solutions. Works with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable architectures, drive data quality, and enable ITOM processes across regions.
**Expectations:**
- 3–5+ years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience, focusing on CMDB and CSDM.
- Proven ability to lead design workshops, communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, ITSM, and ITOM practices.
- Proactive ownership of data health, automation, and user adoption.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead design and deployment of the Core CMDB, defining CI classes, attributes, and relationships per governance standards.
- Configure data policies, Data Manager, remediation workflows, and health dashboards (completeness, correctness, compliance).
- Implement and maintain Discovery, Integrations, and Service Mapping to populate and sustain the CMDB.
- Serve as CSDM implementation lead for regional rollouts, conducting modeling, training, and hands‑on build‑out.
- Perform CSDM maturity and gap analyses, improve health dashboards, and automate links between CMDB and CSDM.
- Collaborate with class owners, infrastructure teams, and business units to ensure alignment of data models with processes and security requirements.
- Drive adoption and usability improvements through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
**Required Skills:**
- ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM (v5) design/implementation expertise.
- ITOM Discovery, IntegrationHub, and Service Mapping proficiency.
- Solid knowledge of Windows/Unix, cloud platforms, networking, and container technologies.
- Strong IT Service Management (ITSM) foundation (incident, change, problem, configuration).
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to create data quality frameworks and automation scripts/workflows.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- ServiceNow certifications preferred: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM, Certified Implementation Specialist – CSDM (or equivalent).
