Job Description
**Job title** Customer Support & Communication Intern – 6 months **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end customer success support for a SaaS video‑creation platform. Act as the client’s first point of contact, troubleshoot functional and technical issues, create and edit videos, produce self‑service content, and serve as the voice of the customer to technical and product teams. Deliver rapid, definitive solutions while contributing to continuous product improvement. **Expectations** * 6‑month internship starting January 2025. * Currently enrolled or holding a Bachelor’s (Bac + 3) or Master’s (Bac + 5) degree, ideally in communications, marketing, media, or related fields. * Strong organisational and pedagogical skills. * Proactive mindset and a problem‑solving attitude. * Excellent written and oral communication. * Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams. * English proficiency is a plus. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Handle inbound client calls and messages; gather user needs. 2. Diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues using the video‑creation tool. 3. Follow up on customer requests from initial expression of need to definitive resolution. 4. Create demo videos and instructional content for clients using the platform. 5. Write and publish self‑service guides, FAQs, and tutorial videos. 6. Communicate client feedback and improvement ideas to the technical and product teams. 7. Support the Customer Success team in retention and upsell initiatives. 8. Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions and internal reporting. **Required Skills** * Strong written and verbal communication (English preferred). * Instructional design / content creation for a SaaS product. * Basic video editing and screen‑capture skills. * Troubleshooting and analytical problem‑solving. * Customer‑first mindset and empathy. * Excellent time‑management and organisational ability. * Ability to collaborate across technical, marketing, and product teams. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s (≥ 3 years) or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related discipline. * No additional certifications required.
