**Job title:** Professional Client Relationship Manager (Bank)
**Role Summary**
Drive the acquisition, retention, and growth of a portfolio of professional clients—including artisans, merchants, liberal professionals, and small businesses—by providing tailored banking and insurance solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering consultative services across in‑person, remote, and on‑site interactions while ensuring compliance and risk management.
**Expactations**
- Meet or exceed quarterly contact, meeting, and conversion targets.
- Maintain a fully updated pipeline and accurate forecasting.
- Deliver high‑quality service, reducing client attrition and increasing cross‑sell ratios.
- Uphold regulatory compliance and risk controls throughout all client engagements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute the assigned contact plan to schedule appointments and conduct client interviews (on‑site or remote).
- Prepare, lead, and document client meetings, capturing key insights and action items.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, acting as trusted advisor on banking and insurance matters.
- Proactively identify client needs and propose customized product suites (loans, credit lines, insurance, fleet services, etc.).
- Manage client complaints and administrative follow‑ups, ensuring timely resolution.
- Leverage internal experts (risk, compliance, product specialists) to enhance client service.
- Develop portfolio growth through internal incentives, retention initiatives, and local partnership outreach (trade chambers, professional bodies, referral networks).
- Oversee renewal cycles (loans, insurance policies, vehicle leases) and ensure timely renewal processes.
- Monitor and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and internal standards.

- Minimum 2‑year university degree (Bac +2) in finance, banking, or related field; a Master’s qualification (e.g., Master 2 in Corporate Finance or Risk Management) is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in managing professional banking clientele is required.
- Valid professional certifications in finance or risk (e.g., CCPRO, CFA, FRM) are an asset.
