**Job Title**: Senior Product Manager – Data, Analytics & AI
**Role Summary**
Owns the AI, Analytics, and Data domain for a global commerce platform. Drives strategy, roadmap, and execution across data engineering, merchant-facing analytics, and AI-enabled products to deliver actionable insights and automated decision support for brand merchants.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a cohesive data strategy balancing foundational infrastructure and merchant impact.
- Scale pipelines, warehouses, and AI-ready data models to support global commerce operations.
- Embed predictive analytics and AI recommendations into everyday merchant workflows.
- Translate complex data into clear, trustworthy insights for merchants and agents.
- Own key success metrics: data adoption, forecast accuracy, profitability insights, AI action rates.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define and prioritize the AI, analytics, and data roadmap.
2. Partner with data engineering leads to design, build, and optimize data pipelines, warehouses, and real‑time eventing.
3. Design merchant‑facing analytics products that provide dashboards, benchmarking, predictive scores, and AI‑driven recommendations.
4. Ensure data quality, reliability, and interpretability for end users.
5. Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams (data engineering, analytics, BI, design, GTM).
6. Align stakeholders on vision, objectives, and progress across engineering, design, product, and executive leadership.
7. Own KPI development, monitoring, and reporting to measure data impact.
8. Advocate for a product culture that prioritizes data-driven decision making and automation.
**Required Skills**
- 8+ years of senior product management experience, focused on data/analytics products.
- Proven track record of shipping scalable, AI or ML‑enabled products with measurable business outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of modern data stacks: data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, real‑time eventing, BI/visualisation tools.
- Strong commercial acumen: translate data initiatives into merchant value and business impact.
- Excellent communication; experienced in cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, design, GTM, and exec teams.
- UX mindset: design data storytelling that drives engagement and decision making.
- Bias for action, clarity, and continuous improvement.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, or similar) are a plus.
