**Job Title** Business Analyst **Role Summary** Support the integration of four teams into a unified operating model for an automotive OEM. Deliver comprehensive process mapping and documentation, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with project leads to build a process inventory, ensuring the new organisation’s delivery objectives are met. **Expectations** - Deliver robust process maps and clear responsibilities for the new operating model. - Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across a complex matrix environment. - Navigate ambiguous, evolving contexts while maintaining a delivery‑focused mindset. - Contribute to transformation programmes and support cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Integrate four teams into a cohesive operating model. - Produce detailed process maps (current and future state) using business process management tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). - Build and maintain a process inventory in collaboration with project leads. - Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and agree on process changes. - Engage stakeholders to obtain consensus and ensure adoption of new processes. - Support the effective delivery of work within the new organisation structure. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping. - Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart or equivalent diagramming tools. - Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. - Experience working in transformation programmes, especially within automotive, digital, or customer‑experience domains. - Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organisational structures. - Comfortable working under ambiguity and rapid change. - Delivery‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting programme objectives. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or equivalent (preferred).

Job Description
Job title: DVA Engineer Role Summary: Conduct dimensional variation analysis (DVA) for new vehicle programs, ensuring optimal dimensional quality and compliance across exterior and interior systems. Expactations: Deliver accurate DVA reports, support engineering release sign‑off, and maintain dimensional control in line with BS8888 and ISO1101 standards. Key Responsibilities: - Apply DVA tools to evaluate vehicle concepts and validate design solutions. - Lead Engineering Release (ER) sign‑off for all components on new model programs. - Define vehicle gap & flush targets with Perceived Quality teams. - Develop and simulate detailed 3DCS tolerance models; report insights against functional and aesthetic objectives. - Participate in design reviews, surface lessons learned, and record dimensional concerns in fault management. - Build and maintain datum strategy for jigs, fixtures, and measurement plans. - Provide input on assembly sequence planning and assembly concept decisions. - Ensure FT&A/GD&T compliance with BS8888 and ISO1101. - Manage internal standards and train stakeholders on 3DCS model creation. Required Skills: - 3DCS modelling experience (CATIA V5 preferred). - Strong dimensional variation analysis expertise. - Deep knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack‑ups, and BS8888/ISO1101 compliance. - Ability to interpret and validate complex vehicle dimensional concepts. - Excellent cross‑functional communication and collaboration. - Proven experience in automotive new product development. - Analytical, methodical, self‑starter; can work independently. Required Education & Certifications: - Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (2:1+ preferred) or equivalent experience. - Practical knowledge of automotive processes: composites, polymers, pressings, castings. - Understanding of SPC, process capability, jigs, fixtures. - Familiarity with 8D/PPS problem‑solving.
