Job Description
**Job Title**: Legal Intern (M/F) **Role Summary** Legal Intern supporting the Legal & Compliance Department in a leading European real‑estate firm. The role focuses on contract review, legal research, compliance analysis, and litigation support while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders. **Expectations** * 6‑month internship beginning July 2026. * Must be a law student (currently in the final year of a Master 2 / Bachelor +5) with a focus on real‑estate or commercial law. * Develop professional competencies alongside academic studies. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and draft contracts: commercial leases, residential leases, marketing mandates, NDAs, technical agreements, service contracts, and works contracts. * Attend internal meetings; participate when possible in client/tenant/partner meetings. * Contribute to case strategy development. * Draft memoranda, correspondence drafts, and other legal documents. * Assist in litigation management and monitoring. * Conduct legal research on regulations and case law. * Update the legal watch and monitor regulatory developments. * Support judicial expertises and their follow‑up. * Analyze regulatory and contractual compliance for cross‑functional projects. **Required Skills** * Excellent written communication and drafting abilities. * Strong analytical and research skills. * Rigor, attention to detail, and confidentiality. * Team‑player with effective collaboration skills. * Curiosity and proactive initiative. **Required Education & Certifications** * Enrolled in a Master 2 (equivalent to Bachelor +5) in Real‑Estate Law, Commercial Law, or related discipline. * No additional certifications required, but knowledge of French real‑estate regulations is advantageous.
