Job title: Manager, Affiliate & Partner Marketing
Role Summary: Lead and grow the affiliate and partner marketing program for a multi‑brand retail company, optimizing media touchpoints, influencer and creator campaigns, and partnership diversification to drive brand love and acquisition.
Expactations:
- Develop, activate, and refine full‑funnel media plans for affiliate and partner channels.
- Manage a multi‑million dollar budget, forecast spend, and deliver ROI.
- Expand influencer and creator relationships, integrating platforms such as BrandCycle, Collective Voice, LTK, MagicLinks, Mavely, or ShopMy.
- Coordinate with PR and cross‑functional teams to align campaigns and innovation initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and influence marketing strategy.
- Coach and develop a direct‑report media specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and analyze affiliate and partner marketing programs and campaigns.
- Create and optimize media strategies that cover the entire customer journey.
- Collaborate closely with PR to grow influencer/creator marketing impact.
- Oversee vendor, agency, and publisher relationships, ensuring contractual alignment.
- Produce monthly expense forecasts and performance reports.
- Generate qualitative and quantitative insights, translating data into actionable tactics.
- Stay abreast of latest marketing tools, platforms, and trends.
- Lead and manage a media specialist, fostering professional growth.
Required Skills:
- 5–7 years of digital marketing experience, with hands‑on affiliate and partner marketing expertise.
- Proficiency with affiliate networks (e.g., CJ) and ad tech platforms.
- Experience with influencer/creator marketing platforms (BrandCycle, Collective Voice, LTK, MagicLinks, Mavely, ShopMy).
- Strong analytical and performance‑optimization capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Leadership experience managing direct reports and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
- Self‑starter, adaptable, and comfortable navigating business, creative, and technical domains.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Preferred: experience within a retail organization.
- Certifications in digital marketing, affiliate management, or related disciplines are advantageous.
