**Job title** Global Programme PMO (FTC) **Role Summary** Provide PMO governance, reporting, and controls for a large, client‑facing transformation programme. Work with the Global Programme Director and international PMO/project teams to ensure consistent governance, high‑quality reporting, and effective delivery across multiple regions. **Expectations** Deliver globally consistent governance, accurate and timely reporting, and process improvements that enhance programme delivery across diverse time zones and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Establish and maintain project/workstream governance structures. - Ensure alignment with programme‑level governance standards. - Track and report global programme metrics and financials. - Manage RAID logs, driving proactive updates. - Produce meeting packs, executive summaries, and minutes. - Coordinate workstream updates, ensuring content consistency. - Support business case updates, executive presentations, and other deliverables. - Maintain a controlled project artefact library. - Ensure methodology compliance and track deliverable completion. - Work effectively across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups. - Identify and implement opportunities to improve delivery processes. **Required Skills** - Strong PMO and/or project management experience on complex programmes. - Proven ability to run global governance processes (SteerCo, RAID, KPIs). - Excellent communication and executive‑level reporting skills. - Strong financial management (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis). - Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail. - Solid understanding of the project lifecycle. - Advanced MS Office skills (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint). - Ability to work across multiple locations and time zones. - Advantage: SharePoint administration and Power BI capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (preferred). - Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
