Product Manager – Digital
**Role Summary**
Own the strategy, vision, and delivery of consumer‑facing digital journeys, turning complex customer needs into simple, fast, and compliant online experiences. Work collaboratively with executive stakeholders, agencies, designers, and engineering teams to build high‑impact, data‑driven web experiences that drive conversion and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain UX excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance and data‑protection standards.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration and influence senior leaders to secure alignment on product priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog for B2C web experiences (payments, account management, support portals).
- Translate business goals into functional requirements and clear product plans.
- Partner with MDs, C‑suite, agencies, and agile squads to guide discovery, design, and delivery.
- Use data analysis and conversion optimisation to identify friction and drive improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility, SEO, performance, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate sprint planning, release cycles, and cross‑functional execution.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Keep abreast of fintech, debt‑resolution, and digital‑experience trends.
**Required Skills**
- 3–5+ years product‑management experience focused on consumer websites and online journeys.
- Proven end‑to‑end delivery with digital agencies, designers, and engineering teams.
- Strong analytics, conversion‑optimisation, and qualitative research skills.
- Knowledge of CMS systems, content workflows, and web development best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influence, especially with senior leaders.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps.
- Familiarity with Agile or other iterative delivery frameworks.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent product‑management experience.
