**Job Title** AVP, Sales (EMEA) **Role Summary** Lead and manage the enterprise software sales organization across EMEA. Collaborate with product, marketing, enablement, and operations to align investments and strategies for growth. **Expectations** - 10+ years of relevant experience. - 6+ years of regional sales leadership with teams of senior sales directors. - 8+ years as a top‑performing individual contributor selling complex business applications to C‑suite executives. - Proven track record of exceeding quota, building robust pipelines, and closing large enterprise deals. - Strong executive presence and presentation skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Establish and maintain a high‑performance sales culture that meets or exceeds targets. - Own new software bookings, retention, and upsell/cross‑sell forecasting. - Partner with product, marketing, enablement, and operations to prioritize growth investments. - Design, implement, and optimize revenue and retention strategies. - Recruit, coach, and develop future sales leaders and top performers. - Lead key sales ecosystem functions (e.g., Solutions Consulting, Account Management, Inside Sales). - Build and execute go‑to‑market strategies with partners such as consulting firms and global system integrators. - Work with Sales Ops and Marketing to improve sales processes and win rates. - Ensure operational excellence of the sales team. **Required Skills** - Enterprise software sales expertise, especially in complex, multi‑cycle deals. - Ability to create and capitalize on opportunities within large strategic accounts. - Strong C‑suite relationship building and executive communication. - Proven ability to inspire and develop high‑performing sales teams. - Experience managing quota attainment and pipeline development. - Proficiency with Salesforce/CRM, Excel, and other productivity tools. - Deep understanding of customer and employee experience management. - Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA or advanced business qualification preferred). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are advantageous.
