**Job Title:** Service Operations Dispatcher **Role Summary:** Plan and dispatch service technicians for wind turbine maintenance, balancing workload to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Manage daily to monthly schedules, coordinate crew composition, parts, and tools, and ensure alignment with service contracts and safety standards. **Expectations:** - Maintain optimal crew utilization and resource availability. - Deliver timely communication to crews, partners, and stakeholders. - Adhere to global process instructions, business rules, and safety protocols. - Participate in continuous‑improvement activities to enhance KPIs and PPIs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Balance portfolio orders to achieve minimum downtime and maximum productivity. - Keep service crew composition current and adjust to demand fluctuations. - Plan, track, and confirm availability of tools, parts, and services at storage locations before mobilization. - Manage day‑to‑day crew schedules and adjust as needed. - Align service schedules with contractual obligations. - Ensure on‑time communication of schedules and changes to crews and partners. - Contribute to periodic improvement initiatives targeting operational performance. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in a similar planning/dispatch role (essential). - Proficiency with SAP and/or Salesforce. - Strong MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) skills. - Knowledge of Lean principles. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and process‑thinking abilities. - High flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Safety‑first mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Relevant secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent); technical or planning‑related training preferred. - Certifications or training in Lean, SAP, Salesforce, or related systems are advantageous.
