**Job title:** Regional Real Estate & Facilities Manager (H/F)
**Role Summary:**
Lead and coordinate the real‑estate and general facilities functions across multiple sites in Île‑de‑France, Amiens, Eu, and Abbeville. Oversee a mixed team of internal staff and external suppliers, ensuring optimal service quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 50001 standards.
**Expectations:**
- Manage a regional portfolio of 4 commercial agencies and 3 administrative sites.
- Deliver reliable infrastructure, maintenance and security services for a workforce and operational sites.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost rationalisation and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Participate in contract negotiations, supplier relationship management and budget oversight.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Team Leadership** – Define objectives, organise schedules, supervise 6 technical staff and external contractors; manage planning, leaves and performance reviews.
2. **Contract & Vendor Management** – Negotiate and monitor service agreements for cleaning, maintenance, waste collection, security, and fire‑safety supplies; ensure contractual compliance and timely renewals.
3. **Operational Oversight** – Handle urgent incidents (breakdowns, failures), arrange service provider interventions, and resolve complex technical issues.
4. **Capital Projects & Asset Management** – Identify renovation and furniture needs, propose solutions, secure approvals and monitor progress against budget.
5. **Compliance & Safety** – Ensure fire protection systems, emergency exits, and safety equipment meet regulatory requirements.
6. **Cost Control & Efficiency** – Analyse mailing volume data, optimise mail contracts, and propose cost‑saving measures.
7. **Quality & Energy Management** – Implement and maintain quality‑management tools; support teams in ISO 9001 and ISO 50001 processes.
8. **Stakeholder Coordination** – Liaise with property owners, syndics, suppliers and internal departments to align objectives and resources.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience in general facilities management (maintenance, security, logistics).
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities; prioritisation of urgent tasks.
- Effective negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Leadership with a proactive, team‑oriented approach.
- Familiarity with property law, maintenance standards and ISO management systems.
- Ability to travel frequently within the sector and adapt to varied site environments.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Property Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications in facilities management or real‑estate (e.g., RICS, IFMA, CFM) preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/QMS and ISO 50001/energy‑management standards.
