Job Description
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant (H/F) **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive administrative support for a telecommunications client, focusing on internship onboarding, internal ticket management, training program development, and manager activity monitoring. **Expectations:** - Hold a BTS (or equivalent) in administration, commerce, or management. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative/support role. - Proficient in English (written and spoken) is an advantage. - Strong interpersonal skills to engage with partners, sales teams, and end‑customers. - Ability to work effectively in pairs and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Receive and onboard interns, ensuring smooth training introduction. - Process and track internal requests through the OTRS ticketing system. - Draft, validate, and oversee internship agreements and related documentation. - Contribute to the creation and periodic update of the company’s training plan. - Schedule, coordinate, and manage training sessions and programs for staff. - Monitor daily activities and performance of managers. **Required Skills:** - Excellent written and verbal communication in French; English fluency preferred. - Proficient use of ticketing software (OTRS). - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Detail orientation and accurate document management. - Collaborative teamwork and coordination skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - BTS in Administration, Commerce, or Management (or equivalent). - Demonstrated 1+ year experience in an administrative or support role. - English proficiency (optional certification).
