We are looking for a Pricing & Contract Manager to come onboard in our Support & Services Directorate in Melanie's team : a team of 4 collaborators!

Your Mission
Pricing Management
Develop and implement pricing strategy aligned with business objectives and market dynamics to drive spares parts turnover and margin. Contribute to the annual Operating Plan and budget process.
Develop and maintain pricing databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Establish pricing policies and guidelines to ensure consistency in pricing decisions.
Collect, analyze and interpret pricing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. Continuously monitor, control and evaluate pricing performance, making adjustments as needed to improve revenue and profitability.
Track and evaluate customers' quotes to adapt pricing strategy and increase margin and/or win market share. Understand competitive environment of ATR Customer Support
Work with Procurement Team to understand market drivers and changes in costs. Determine impact of costs increase and take action to mitigate them.
Generate regular reports and insights to communicate pricing performance and recommendations to key collaborators.
Be the leader of the implementation of a Pricing tool in 2025 and become the key referent of the tool.
Business Development and Contract Management
Sell and administer Spares Agreements
Monitor and analyze the performance of on-going contracts, track and initiate pricing contract renewals
Support commercial teams in their Spares offers ensuring worldwide coherence to the offers provided
Capitalize on the return of experience from the sales team to better capture future sales opportunities
About You
Studies in business, finance, economics, procurement or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis (familiarity with managing complex and detailed databases)
Awareness and knowledge of pricing strategy, analytics and systems
Dynamic individual with the ability to easily take initiatives
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making process
You are at ease with the Microsoft Office and have advanced skills in Excel
Fluent in French and English. Italian would be a plus
Previous experience in SAP would be a plus
Interest in the aeronautics industry

Votre mission
Gestion des prix
Developper et mettre en oeuvre une strategie de tarification alignee sur les objectifs commerciaux et la dynamique du marche afin de stimuler le chiffre d'affaires et la marge des pieces de rechange. Contribuer a l'elaboration du Plan Operationnel annuel et au processus budgetaire.
Developper et maintenir des bases de donnees tarifaires pour garantir des informations precises et a jour. Etablir des politiques et des lignes directrices en matiere de tarification afin d'assurer la coherence des decisions tarifaires.
Collecter, analyser et interpreter les donnees de tarification et de ventes pour identifier les tendances, les opportunites et les axes d'amelioration. Suivre, controler et evaluer en continu la performance tarifaire, en ajustant les strategies si necessaire pour ameliorer les revenus et la rentabilite.
Suivre et evaluer les devis clients afin d'adapter la strategie tarifaire et d'augmenter la marge et/ou de gagner des parts de marche. Comprendre l'environnement concurrentiel du Support Client ATR.
Collaborer avec l'equipe Achats pour comprendre les facteurs du marche et les evolutions des couts. Determiner l'impact des hausses de couts et mettre en place des actions pour les attenuer.
Produire des rapports reguliers et des analyses pour communiquer la performance tarifaire et formuler des recommandations aux parties prenantes cles.
