Job Summary (Gen AI Senior Engineer)
Minimum 6 years overall IT experience, with at least 4 years in AI/ML
Strong proficiency in Python programming
Expertise in machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and text data analysis
Hands-on experience in API creation and integration
Skilled with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases
Experience in LLM (Large Language Model) prompt engineering and LLM evaluation
Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices, including:
Monitoring & evaluation tools (e.g., LangSmith)
LLM deployment libraries (e.g., LiteLLM, LLM Guardrails)
CI/CD, model versioning, and deployment best practices
Knowledge of or willingness to learn Kubernetes and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Ability to work onsite from St. Louis, MO, Denver, CO, or Charlotte, NC (local candidates only)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
