Systems Analyst - Financial Systems - Speciality Insurance - London - Permanent - Hybrid - PS70,000
We're looking for a Product Analyst to support and enhance our Finance Systems. You'll help maintain secure, high-performing platforms that empower the Finance team to deliver efficient, accurate outputs. This is a hands-on role focused on systems support, user engagement, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support system updates, fixes, and new feature rollouts with the Product Manager and Finance stakeholders
Track and manage incidents, changes, and defects with proper documentation
Maintain query/resolution logs and key reference data
Assist with system testing, user training, and end-user support
Manage finance system integrations and liaise with vendors to resolve performance issues
Identify and implement improvements to enhance user experience and reduce complexity
Engage with system users and participate in user groups
Necessary Requirements:
5+ years' experience with Infor SunSystems
Strong understanding of finance operations, reporting, and data management
Proven ability to enhance finance systems and resolve complex issues
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working in global environments; SOX familiarity a plus
Comfortable working with third-party vendors
Curious, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
