Growth Manager, CaseAI
Bayes Impact is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering social, care, and skills development professionals through technology. Since 2014, we've been building open-source, AI-powered tools to support individuals, nonprofits, governments, and mission-driven organizations in better serving the public. CaseAI is our latest innovation, an AI-powered platform designed to help social service providers generate care plans, streamline workflows, and suggest resources. This allows them to focus on what matters most: their beneficiaries.
About the Role
As the Growth Manager for CaseAI, your mission will be to drive the acquisition and activation of CaseAI users across Europe. You'll be responsible for implementing both scalable and non-scalable growth strategies to achieve this critical objective.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel online acquisition campaigns using platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, with a proven track record in a SaaS environment.
Product Growth: Monitor and analyze product usage data, identify growth opportunities, and establish mechanisms for collecting user feedback at scale.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with our users, gather insights, and ensure a positive customer experience to drive retention and advocacy.

Acquisition: Have demonstrated experience with major online acquisition platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) for a SaaS product.
Product Analytics: Are proficient in tracking online product usage and implementing effective feedback collection methods.
Customer Success: Are comfortable engaging with users and fostering strong relationships.
Soft Skills
Execution & Iteration: Able to execute rapidly, iterate on strategies, and report on progress week over week.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-driven, autonomous, and thrives in ambiguous environments.
Fast Learner: Curious, adaptable, and able to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and topics.
Empathy: Able to understand and relate to the needs and experiences of our users.
Language: Fluent in both French and English.
Bonus Points:
Experience with nonprofit organizations or volunteering.
Work Conditions
Location: Remote-first role with regular in-person team meetings in Paris (typically quarterly or as needed).
Salary: EUR50,000 - EUR70,000 annually.
Contract Type: CDI (permanent contract).
