Job Specifications

Our Client are looking for an experienced Fujitsu VME Cobol Engineer to assist with a Migration Project.

Experience required include:
Cobol Development: Writing, testing, and debugging Cobol code for VME-based applications.
System Maintenance: Ensuring the smooth operation and performance of existing VME systems and applications.
Application Modernization: Participating in the migration of VME applications to the new platform.
Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving issues within VME systems and applications, often requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of VME: A deep understanding of the VME operating system, its specific features, and how it interacts with Cobol applications.
