I'm partnering with a fast-scaling, global SaaS and analytics company to hire a Head of FP&A. This is a senior, high-impact role that combines financial rigour with strategic influence in a business at the forefront of data-led decision-making for financial markets.
With a strong track record of growth, this role offers the opportunity to shape FP&A during a critical phase of investment and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and scenario planning across the Group
Deliver and develop board packs and KPI dashboards for senior leadership
Enhance cashflow forecasting, investment appraisal and commercial insight
Partner with key stakeholders across departments to support strategic decisions
Own the FP&A system and lead integration with broader finance infrastructure
What we're looking for:
Senior FP&A leader with a hands-on and commercial approach
Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Tech or SaaS experience strongly preferred, with solid grasp of SaaS KPIs
Strong modelling, analytical and stakeholder management skills
