ServiceNow Consultant (SC) - Contract - Hertfordshire - PScompetitive
Synergize Consulting are now hiring for a ServiceNow Consultant to work at a leading consultancy client on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will be tasked with the design and build of high quality ServiceNow solutions, being a point of contact for all areas relating to ServiceNow implementation and technical best practice.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering high quality ServiceNow implementations based on business process requirements
Implementation design and architecture input, attending concept meetings and forums
Ensuring adherence to our coding and design standards, and providing technical hand-over documentation
Increasing application operating efficiency and adapting to new requirements, as necessary.
Providing testing functions where required, as well as post-launch guidance
Keep up to date with current and future market developments, technologies, product and strategies
Experience required:
Strong experience in the design of ServiceNow solutions, and the development of related infrastructure
ServiceNow implementation understanding, with in-depth knowledge in additional ServiceNow applications
Excellent design skills and ability to produce proof of concept documents
Integration abilities, alongside Microsoft product suites
Ability to communicate on complex issues, to meet business and customer requirements to avoid escalations
Experience in working alongside multi-discipline technical teams in an Agile environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Due to the nature of the client, it would be an advantage for candidates to hold, or be eligible and willing to undergo, a certain level of security clearance (SC).
