Need Business System Analyst
Location: Santa Clara, CA(Hybrid)
5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or a similar role, with a strong focus on the process.
knowledge of billing platforms (e.g., Zuora, Stripe Billing, Chargebee) and/or ERP systems with advanced billing modules (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
Proven ability to gather and document complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Nice-to-Haves
Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business model.
Familiarity with revenue recognition principles (e.g., ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation
