Pay Range: $37 - $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Individual contributor position responsible for maintaining a state-of-the-art online customer experience, identifying process improvements, evaluates special projects prior to implementation and works with multiple teams to meet and execute the business vision.
Facilitates the creative front end production of collection page headers, home and landing pages, editorial shops, marketing offers/programs and advertising units.
Produces deliverables from cross functional teams, design copy, internet merchandising, marketing, and web operations.
Establishes production timelines and manages each deliverable through completion.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, 2+ years of e-comm experience using a Content Management System.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key skills;Strong Premier Pro proficiency and Adobe Creative Suite fluency (especially on Mac)
Creative production
Design Skills
Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience
1-2 years in a Design role/experience preferred. This can include an internship
Previous fashion experience preferred
Complete fluency and proficiency in the use of a Mac and Adobe Suite programs.
Strong creative production, organization, and design skills
Must be highly organized
Self-motivated and independent thinker
Passionate Concepter and wanting to push the brand to new limits
Up to date on latest trends in Fashion, especially social trends
Strong communication skills
Quick thinker and problem solver
Team player
