Your mission
As Lead Dev at Jolimoi, you will lead our engineering team through a phase of scale-up and transformation. You will be responsible for team structure, tech quality, and efficient delivery across multiple platforms and tools.
You will report directly to the Head of Engineering, work closely with Product, Data, and Design, and play a key role in turning Jolimoi's social commerce vision into reality -- in beauty and beyond.

Our teams design and develop several interconnected products:
A mobile app for both stylists and customers (in development)
An e-commerce platform
A SaaS application for stylists (activity management, coaching, recommendation)
A back-office for internal teams
An analytics tool stack
Your missions
As Lead Fullstack Developer, you'll have a key role, both hands-on with development and leading architectural and quality decisions. Your main responsibilities:
Lead technical decisions and actively contribute to product development
Guide and mentor the dev team on best practices and software architecture
Contribute to the rebuild of our e-commerce stack (Prestashop) and modernize core tools
Design scalable, maintainable, and secure architectures
Uphold quality standards: CI/CD, testing, documentation, code reviews, observability
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data and Ops to prioritize and deliver effectively
Be a driver of continuous improvement across organization, processes, and tech culture
Our Tech Stack
Backend: Node.js, TypeScript
Frontend: Vue.js 3 with Composition API
Legacy/E-commerce: Prestashop (PHP)
Infrastructure & Monitoring: AWS, GitHub Actions, New Relic
Search & APIs: REST APIs, Elasticsearch
Integrations: Odoo (ERP), CRM, and other business tools
Your profile
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years leading developers or teams.
Strong technical background in web development and cloud-based architecture.
Experience scaling systems and structuring technical teams in fast-growth environments.
Strong communication skills, leadership presence, and ability to work across departments.
Passion for clean, maintainable code and continuous improvement.
Native French. English professional proficiency is a plus.
Bonus points
Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or social commerce platforms.
Interest in AI, personalization, AR, or user-generated content systems.
Experience working with PHP and/or Prestashop.
