We're Hiring: Contract Front-End Developer
We're looking for a developer to help us level up FLO's front-end experience. This is a contract role to start, but for the right person, there's real potential for a longer-term role and future leadership as we scale. You'll work directly with our CTO and product team to build and refine features used by brokers every day. We move fast, keep things lean, and value clean, maintainable code over bloated complexity.
What You'll Do
Build and improve front-end components and client-facing tools in FLO
Collaborate with design and product to implement intuitive, high-impact features
Help bring UX/UI concepts to life
Contribute to full-stack development as needed using JavaScript, Python, Django
Identify and fix bugs, improve reliability, and support active user feedback loops
What We're Looking For
Strong front-end skills
Experience with Django, Python, and REST APIs
Ability to navigate and improve an existing codebase
Eye for UI/UX and interest in creating elegant, user-friendly experiences
Self-starter with solid communication and a collaborative mindset
Bonus If You Have
Experience working in commercial real estate or with vertical SaaS tools
A portfolio of projects that show clean code and thoughtful UI decisions
Interest or experience in integrating AI tools
Contract Details
3-6 month term to start (with potential to extend or transition to salaried role)
Weekly check-ins with CTO and product
Hourly or fixed fee structure negotiable
