Job Specifications

Contract - 12 months (potential for extension or hire depending on performance and need)
Must-Haves
Engineering Degree (any discipline) is required
Associate degrees may be considered only with solid, relevant QE experience
0-3 years of experience (ideal for recent grads)
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments
Technical writing and documentation skills
Comfortable with mechanical production floor work
Problem-solving ability - e.g., troubleshooting defects, line-downs
Automotive, aerospace, or med device are all acceptable
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Production support: respond to line-downs, defects, and process issues
Track and trend quality data from manufacturing lines
Support design and process changes
Work with design/manufacturing engineers and ops teams
Write/edit nonconformance reports and assist with documentation
Occasional support on CAPAs or investigations
