Humans of HR is proud to partner with a respected healthcare organization to find a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist for a 12-month contract with a high likelihood of converting to a permanent role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who brings a strong sourcing mindset, relationship-building skills, and a knack for finding exceptional people in competitive markets.
About the Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll be the go-to specialist responsible for driving sourcing strategies and supporting full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, frontline healthcare roles. Your focus will be on building talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure hiring success.
This is not your average sourcing role - your impact will be felt across departments that provide critical care to communities.
What You'll Be Doing
Partner with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and HR Business Partners to deeply understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, events, and more.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for key positions, including posting, screening, interviewing, and supporting onboarding.
Continuously build talent pipelines to proactively support future hiring needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, providing insights on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring strategies.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance using applicant tracking systems and digital tools.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment programs, processes, and candidate experience.
What You Bring
A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of recruitment experience, with strong sourcing skills - ideally in healthcare or high-volume environments.
Expertise in passive candidate sourcing and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social media, etc.).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - you're confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and time-management skills - you can juggle multiple priorities and stay on top of deadlines.
Comfort working independently in a hybrid setup with minimal supervision.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and MS Office/Google Workspace.
