Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and delivery-focused Integration Project Manager to support the integration of a newly formed joint venture business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key integration projects across people, IT, communications, and partner ecosystems, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with broader integration goals.

Location: Field Based
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30 (37.5 hours)
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate individual integration projects within the broader program, ensuring delivery against defined timelines and objectives.
Collaborate closely with functional leads, external vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver project milestones.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary.
Support integration workstreams related to IT, people, communications, and operations.
Monitor project progress, prepare regular updates, and report on key metrics to the Integration Lead and senior stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience delivering complex projects, ideally in business integration, transformation, or M&A environments.
Familiarity with the telecommunications and IT MSP markets and associated operational dynamics.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Experience in planning and executing system migrations or operational transitions.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Competence in project governance, reporting, and change management.
Experience working with external partners or vendors.
Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM).
Background in IT, business operations, or organisational change.
Knowledge of integration frameworks, tools, and best practices.
