Our client is looking for his/her future Customs Representative :

Key Responsabilities

Ensure customs and logistics compliance for import and export operations
Verify the completeness and accuracy of import and export customs documentation
Monitor the progress of customs clearance processes
Collaborate with customs agency
Understand and apply import duty calculations
Register and archive customs data and documentation
Understand tariff codes classifications (HS/TARIC)
Understand country of origin of goods
Understand and comply with CBAM regulations
Ensure that TW France exports products responsibly and legally throughout the world
Obtain required export licenses in accordance with national and international regulations
Collaborate with licensing authorities and prepare required reports and documentation
Learn the internal MW trade system
Ensure the management team are fully briefed on any changes to any legal changes and requirements
Manage queries from other departments and work collaboratively within a team

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Minimum of 5 years experience in a customs and export compliance or similar government role
Familiarity with a manufacturing or stockiest background
Strong knowledge and working understanding of international trade rules and regulations, including customs and export compliance, process control and internal audits (Classification, customs entry process, customs invoicing requirements, valuations)
Team player with excellent communication skills (verbal, written and understanding)
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Contractual Informations

Desired strat date : ASAP,but you can apply if you have a notice period
Contract : CDI - 39h/week
Remuneration :
Fixed salary : 40-50KEUR gross per year
Benefits : Target bonus, luncheon vouchers, CSE, health and provident scheme.
