Job Specifications

Payrate: $52.00 - $56.15/hr.

Responsibilities:
Creation of RFDS for new builds and modifications.
Creation of CQ and associated RF Parameters.
Partnering with the RF Engineering team as needed for evaluation of new builds or modifications.
Optimization of existing and proposed RF network.
Working with the performance team to understand areas and developed solutions.
Traffic evaluation for capacity

Must Have Skills:
Atoll proficiency - Must be proficient in Atoll.
Knowledge of RF Systems, antennas, hardware vendors and integration methods.
Experience with FCC rules relating to EME, frequency borders, and power.
Experience with RFDS creation.

Desired Skills:
Previous Client's experience with Fuze and Client's tools/processes.
RFDS creation experience.
Working with a team environment with multiple tasks occurring simultaneously.
Experience with macro, small cell and capacity design.
Experience with Excel and similar.

Education/Experience:
Degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $52.00 - $56.15/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
