An innovative, high-growth fintech company is seeking a DevOps Manager to take ownership of its cloud infrastructure and lead a small team of DevOps engineers.

You'll play a critical role in shaping the company's platform strategy, ensuring robust security practices are embedded across the entire software development lifecycle, and leading the move to GitHub Actions for CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a small DevOps team focused on infrastructure, automation, and platform reliability.
Design, implement, and maintain secure AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
Architect end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, driving the transition to GitHub Actions.
Ensure security, scalability, and observability are built into all stages of the development and deployment process.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver reliable, secure, and repeatable deployment strategies.

Required Experience:

Proven leadership or mentorship experience within DevOps or platform engineering teams.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and Terraform in production environments.
Deep understanding of CI/CD processes and tooling, ideally with experience architecting pipelines from scratch.
Knowledge of modern DevOps security practices and how to embed security throughout the development lifecycle.
Familiarity or experience with GitHub Actions (or willingness to drive migration from other CI/CD platforms).
